Paintings will be painted in oil on fine gallery-wrapped canvas. You will have the option to add a floater frame to your canvas (contact for a framing quote)
If your painting is larger than 30x40 inches it will be painted on unstretched heavy cotton canvas (This helps keep the cost of shipping reasonable and protects the painting).
Unstretched canvases will be stretched on wooded bars by your local framer; I will gladly help coordinate this for you if needed!
After your deposit I will reach out to you via email with questions about your painting and the vision you have. We’ll talk color, size, and the overall feeling that you hope to have in your art/home.
If you have inspiration photos this is the prefect time to send them!
After we go over all the details I’ll create a little sketch / rough draft so you can have a general idea of the composition and layout, then the fun begins!
You’ll be updated on your paintings progress once its about halfway complete and again when its 80% done. This is the perfect time for you to give feedback and for us to adjust and refine as needed!

If you are not 100% satisfied with the end result you may use your deposit as credit toward other available art in my shop.

Commissioning a painting from me requires a level of communication and trust. My mission is to create work that my collectors feel a strong connection to and is excited to hang in their home, while staying true to my unique, intuitive, creative process.
